Why was I not notified about the convenience fee or platform fee being charged to my transaction amount?

All applicable charges are displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
To view the complete breakup:

1. Click the dropdown icon next to the payable amount.

2. Review the detailed payment summary, including Platform Fees and Convenience Fees.
