Why am I being charged a Convenience Fee?

Convenience fees are charges that are applied by the payment gateways for processing transactions. This includes the cost of accepting payments by coordinating with various banks / networks and, consequently, settling it to the society accounts digitally. 

Please note: 

• Convenience fees are applicable to payments made via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and RuPay Credit Card via UPI.

• UPI and RuPay Debit Card payments do not attract any convenience fee
