My payment is showing as "Processing". What does it mean?

A Processing or Pending status means that Mygate has received the payment request, but the final confirmation from the bank or payment partner is still awaited.
In most cases, the status is updated automatically within a short period.
If the status remains unchanged for 24 hrs, please contact the Mygate Support team.
